2. Orders

Orders are placed through the form on this website, which opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message, or directly via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed once we reply confirming availability, price, and delivery details.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may change without prior notice. The price confirmed with you at the time of ordering is the price you'll pay.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (in supported areas) and online bank transfer/DuitNow. Payment terms will be confirmed with you when your order is placed.

5. Free trial offer

The free 10g trial sample is limited to one per customer and is intended for genuine new customers to try the product. We reserve the right to decline repeat trial requests from the same customer, address, or contact number.

6. Shipping & returns

Shipping is handled as described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Product use

Our shea butter is intended for external cosmetic use only. As with any new skincare product, we recommend a small patch test before full use. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation occurs. Information on this site is not medical advice.
